A warm welcome to Paisleycolour.co.uk, the official website of Paisley Colour Photographic Club.

PCPC, celebrating its 55th year, in existence is an active and friendly camera club with 80 members.

Paisley Colour offers the very best in club and professional photography. Our comprehensive programme, held on Thursday evenings, includes inspirational presentations from top photographers from all over the country, interspersed with digital and print competitions.
The club participates in external competitions, including various SPF and PAGB competitions and an Audio Visual battle with local camera clubs.
The club is hosting the Renfrewshire inter-club competition this session and we look forward to competing with our fellow County clubs.

PCPC runs monthly tuition courses aimed at all photographic levels from beginner to advanced. Some of the subjects covered are
• Photoshop
• Audio Visual
• Camera Techniques

The ‘Teach-Ins’ are made possible due to the generosity of Reid Kerr College who have made available the use of classrooms for the tutorials.

Some of our more active members organise photographic opportunities throughout the year, ranging from boat trips to photograph seabirds, sporting events such as horse trials and fungi forays. If you are interested in landscape photography, we can advise the best locations in Scotland and the UK.

Our website continues to run successfully. Maintained by Web Manager David Dalziel who regularly keeps the site up to date, David is always looking for members to add their own portfolio to the site. You can find details on the website or talk to David when the new season gets underway.

If you enjoy photography, or want to improve your photographic skills, we would like to meet you.
Come along any Thursday evening and we will tell you all PCPC has to offer including our tuition courses. Discover how we can help you enhance the pleasure to be gained from photography. We look forward to meeting you

With the support and participation of the club members, we will continually look to the future, embrace new technology and strive to set standards of photographic excellence.
